An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is needed whenever a property is built, sold or rented.
If you are selling or renting your home legally you need to order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property. Please call 07596537462 to order your EPC, EPC’s currently last for 10 years.
I will visit your property and produce the certificate within 48 hours of the survey. I will then send the certificate by email to you.
An EPC assessment typically takes between 45 minutes and one hour for a standard domestic 2 bedroom property, though larger or more complex homes may take up to 2 hours.
